Rael takes us through the final two cues of the film, ‘Ada on the Stairs’ and ‘The Legion Dance’ which takes the film into the credits. As with the fashion show sequence earlier in the film, the first of the cues was written before filming began as the actors danced to the music on set. The score provides the backdrop for Mrs Harris completing her journey from despair to moving onwards to a brighter future, and wearing the Dior that dress she truly desired.
For the final cue, Rael moves seamlessly into the world of Brubeck-inspired 50s-Jazz to complement the jubilant dancing and to close the film into the credit sequence.
